Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 10 in. x 15 in. Jelly Roll Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan! It’s really sturdy and well made. I don’t feel like this will bend or break but it is not too heavy either. It was perfect for roasting a small batch of vegetables or a few cookies/biscuits. I’m looking forward to trying it with an actually jelly roll cake as well but I have not done that yet. The depth looks absolutely perfect for that. The ridges were really nice to aid in the non stick feature for cooking. Cleaning was a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Non-Stick Jelly Roll Pan 10x15 inch and was a tad disappointed that it was not truly a 10x15 pan. I guess I thought I was getting a true 10x15 inch pan.  What I actually got was 8.49 x 13.36 inches of usable pan space. While it was a tad smaller than I anticipated it would have been I do have to say that it looks really nice. It washes easily and clean up is fairly quick with this pan. The pan instructions stated not to use any oils or sprays on the pan but to follow the recipe (the one you are making) greasing and flouring instructions - just not any oil. It stated that it heats quickly and evenly and I do have to say that I agree - It does! My recipes did cook more even than they ever did with my other baking pans. I was slightly worried about the "waves" of the bottom of the pan when cooking cookies - I wondered if the cookies would show them when they were done baking. However, it really didn't. I did notice the larger the cookie I made they seemed to show the "waves" a bit but the smaller cookies really did not if at all. This made me wonder about making the Jelly Roll that they show on the packaging and if it would show the "waves" in addition to if the flour would evenly coat the bottom or build up in the "waves" on the bottom of the pan. So, I found a Jelly Roll recipe and tried making it for the first time. While it was somewhat challenging to get the flour to evenly coat the pans surface I didn't find that it all built up in those "waves" which was good to know.   Overall, I would recommend this Non-Stick Pro Jelly Roll pan to others but I would not advertise it as a larger pan than it really is. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a professional baker at a coffeehouse so I tried out the Non-stick Pro Jelly Roll Pan where I work. I have previously baked jelly rolls or Yule logs and had issues with uneven baking and/or the cake sticking to the pan. This was not the case with the Oxo Non-Stick Pro Jelly Roll pan. I was extremely impressed with the feel of the pan- it was a perfect weight and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, even when filled with cake batter. The pan is visibly high quality and does not appear that it would warp over time. When baking a jelly roll, even temperatures are important to produce a consistent surface and this pan has excellent heat distribution. It was completely non-stick as the description states and cleanup was effortless. I highly recommend this Oxo Non-stick Pro Jelly Roll Pan.

Perfect for throwing a few cookies in the oven or roasting some veggies for lunch. I was skeptical about the textured baking surface and was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t affect my baking negatively at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jelly roll pan is super sturdy and commercial grade. The textured pattern allows for additional non stick features. I love the overall look of this pan as well as the function of the pan. I have been using now for several weeks and it has been wonderful to have a small sheet pan for many different uses. I cook dinner every night and also bake, so using a sheet pan is perfect for baking and roasting foods. I do not use a non-stick spray on this pan, but usually use parchment paper to keep my pans easy to clean. I hand wash these pans and never use them for broiling. I baked home made bagels this past week and the pan holds the temperature perfectly for baking. I roast vegetables and the outcome is perfect. I love the higher rimmed sides of this pan compared to other pans. This is a wonderful product manufactured by OXO, which is a wonderful brand in the marketplace. This pan was made in Pennsylvania and comes with a satisfaction guarantee by OXO.

The Good Grips 10 in. x 15 in. baking pan form OXO is an excellent product with many features. The construction is aluminized steel which helps prevent warping. It is coated with ceramic re-enforced two layer coating which is commercial grade to resist staining and scratching. However the big featureg is non-stick...the coating along with the dimpled baking surface which "elevates" the baking item for even cooking and no sticking. This pan is part of complete set up baking pans. These baking pans will last a long time with great baked good results.

This pan is a little bit smaller than a standard cookie sheet, but it has taller sides. It says it is for making jelly rolls, bars, and things like that. So far I have only used it as a standard cookie sheet. I really like it. It feels very durable. It has a textured bottom, which prevents sticking as well as helps evenly disperse heat. A pan like this will get a lot of use in my household. I particularly like the fact that it is dishwasher safe. While that might not sound like a big deal, I have found there are a surprising number of companies out there that make cookware that is not dishwasher safe. Fortunately that is not the case here.

I could hardly wait to try it out I have several recipes I'm going to cook using this pan. This is made from durable commercial grade aluminum steel. It's ideal of course for Jelly Rolls, cookies, snack bars, and numerous other treats. Biscuits and even fritters would also be something to try. This is an idea size pan and I know I will definitely be using it a lot. We needed a new pan and OXO is a good brand. it came out of the box in perfect condition and looked nice. the first think i noticed was the weight, this is a half size pan and it weighs more then the full size Cuisinart pan. i like the dimpled surface, cookies, etc. do not burn the non-stick surface was as good as any i have seen and the wide edge easy to grab. we are very happy this pan.
