They are plastic. Looks pretty real and have been on my front porch for 3 years. Very durable
They are a combination of both. The leaves are very think. More plastic than rubber but they are thick. I have gotten so many compliments on mine!!

No, it does not come in larger sizes.
Can the pot that the item is in be changed out after purchase? Or is the pot it comes in permanent?
No, they come in concrete but we placed it in a bigger pot and added lava rock on top.
This Tree is an artificial tree and the plant is permanent in the pot.
The black pot is small and the tree is cemented into it so you cannot remove it but you can place it in a larger more nicer pot.
