RM43 43% Glyphosate Plus Weed Preventer Total Vegetation Control is ideal for fence rows, gravel paths, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas and around farm buildings and barns anywhere you want to spray once and be done for up to 1-year. The concentrated formula of glyphosate and imazapyr is effective against most noxious weeds, grasses, vines, brush and trees. For use on non-crop areas as a spot treatment for brush, vines and weeds or on bare ground for total vegetation control. Do not spray this product over the root systems of desirable plants.

How much RM43 does it take for 100 gal of spray for fields?
It is about coverage when you doing a large acreage like that. Use 7.4% ounces of chemical per 1000 square feet in 1 to 10 gallons of water to cover the area. So on an acre use 7.4 ounces times 45.3=335.22 ounces. (2.61 gallons of chemical). You can put that in 44 gallons up to 440 gallons of water depending on how much water you are putting out per acre. Has anyone used RM43 to eliminate bush honeysuckle? I read that spraying herbicide on the leaves would kill it to the root. Any input on your experiences would be appreciated.
It will kill them and any other vegetation it gets on. Do not spray under the drip line of any plants you want to keep.

Can you use RM43 in between the rows of pumpkins? When the pumpkin plants start to vine and put their feelers in the ground will they die off?
I`m not an expert by any stretch but I would not put this down anywhere near plants that you do not want to kill. This stuff is fantastic for what it`s designed for, but rain and moving water will carry it to nearby vegetation and kill it as well.
Yes, this will kill your pumpkin plants and the weeds. When they say total vegetation kill, they mean total kill for many feet beyond where you sprayed. This is so effective it will kill the pumpkin plants before they even have a chance to put their feelers out. This is NOT a selective herbicide, it is a blunt instrument when you want no vegetation to grow whatsoever where you spray for an entire year.
