This collection is certified as “Confidence in Textiles” certifying that the products have been successfully tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Is this rug soft or scratchy? And as long as it has a rug pad, it can go over vinyl planking right?
Thank you for your question. Rug pads may not be suitable for use on vinyl, lacquered or acrylic surfaces. If you are unsure about the fiber content of a rug, you may purchase the smallest size and then return it to the vendor you purchased from. Unfortunately we do not carry samples of our rugs.
Soft.. and they should be fine on plank or real hardwood floors
