Hi Annie. Yes, the true measurement for this rug is 9' X 12' or 108 inches by 144 inches. Additionally, if you choose to purchase a Safavieh Rug Pad, you can generally go up one size and cut to make the rug pad fit. I dont use a pad under mine. It does slide a bit but no big deal. I've clean out side with a hose and dried in my driveway. Super easy.
