Can someone tell me if the sizes are correct. i.e......is the 5' x 8' exactly 60" x 96" and is the 6' x 9 ' exactly 72" x 108"? Sometimes there are a few inches less than the measurement given. Thank you.

Does this rug give off any chemical smell?
Hello, generally, new Safavieh rugs will emit an odor. This odor is likely caused by the packaging material, dyes, fiber yarns, and or backing. These are all natural odors that are sometimes heightened after the rug has been sealed for shipping and/ or storage. The odor will dissipate within 1 - 2 weeks, after removing it from the packaging.
