Poor Quality and Overpriced
Rug has thick crease that spans the whole width (8’) of rug and on the other end, rug is tightly rolled, will not unroll. Several trip hazards and the crease is a major defect. Have bought less expensive, better quality rugs from less known companies with satisfaction. Not very happy at all with this purchase. Will be returning. See pictures for reference.

Hi Melissa, thank you for your review. Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time and space for the creases to relax. Any type of heavy furniture placed on the rug can cause creases to form or not go away.

It's a nice addition to a room...
This rug was a slightly different color than I expected. The designs looked more charcoal in the picture and in person the designs are a lighter grey and smaller details of almost a grey/green. It had a bad smell that has mostly gone away after a week but my other rugs throughout the house took at most just a few days to air out. It's thin as expected and a nice addition to a room. It's definitely more for looks than comfort or feel.

This is the second Safavieh area carpet that I have purchased. The first was very high quality. This is 1/3 of the weight and not the size advertised. This is is supposed to be a 7 foot wide round rug. That is 84 inches wide. What I received is 78 inches wide, that is 6 1/2 feet wide, which is 6 inches short. The pattern is pretty.

Thank you for your review. Creases of rugs can happen. There are few suggestions you may want to consider to reduce this: • Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling • Use indoor rug/carpet tape-tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding • Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring • Vacuum the rug where the creases are located • Simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle *These creases/waves/bumps will normally flatten-out on their own so in most cases you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. If you’ve tried all of these suggestions, and this did not remove the creases or flatten the ends, I would strongly advise you to can get in touch with the vendor you purchased from for a return. Please be aware that vendors have their own return policy’s, please reach out to your vendor and see if you are able to return/exchange/replace/ this rug. Please remember these creases are not permanent!
