Surprised me
I tried this to be gentle on my septic system. I have well water. These worked BETTER than my Finish Ultimate( which I loved) I didnt even use a rinse aid and my limed up canning jars came out beautiful. Worth every pemny

Terrible residue
The soap does not rinse well from plastics and leaves are residue behind. I have to hand rinse and wipe after running the dishwasher. Will not be repurchasing.

Poor quality product - has gone downhill
I used to really like this product and have purchased them repeatedly. The last few boxes I purchased have caused major issues - I frequently need to run my dishwasher 2 times for the pod to even work, and today I ran it a total of 4 times, using a new pod for the 2nd 2 runs which also didn't work. So I threw them away and had to go buy a different brand, recommended by Wirecutter, which worked great. I'm very disappointed because I'd prefer using a "cleaner" product, but the water usage required to get the pods to function (running my dishwasher more than once) probably offsets the benefits of using a "green" product.

Damaged dishware
I bought these in the hopes for a milder scented dishwasher pod. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The formula must use some pretty strong abrasives that damaged my dishes. I have discolouration and scratching on most of the dishes that went through the cycle. Very disappointed. Damaged some of my favourite plates and that is going to cost me well over 100$ to replace.
