I recently purchased this gas stove, and when I had the plumbers come to install and hook up gas the outlet is an abnormal size. They can’t figure out how to install it and I missing a piece?

Can it be used with regular cooking gas? I saw a review that says there is a clause that specifies natural gas only.

The range model includes orifices for liquid propane. If by regular cooking gas you mean liquid propane, this range model can use liquid propane granted that the orifices are changed and the GPR adapter configured by a qualified technician or liquid propane installer.
