How do I get refills?
Thank you for your question. Thermacell refills are sold on homedepot.com and in stores which sell Thermacell products.
My kids keep getting mosquito bites while they sleep and i don’t want to burn candles at night.
I wouldn’t use these indoors. But there is a product called Zevo which works great indoors. It has a light that attracts pesky bugs and a sticky insert that traps them. When it’s full you just remove the insert and throw it away. Thermacell is fantastic for use on a patio, deck or porch.

I think the description explains that it's patio use only. Just put some Vicks vaporub on their legs.
I have a butterfly garden. Would this product interfere with butterflies?
HI Fred, The US EPA and WHO have concluded that there is a reasonable certainty that no harm will result to butterflies or other terrestrial wildlife if using the product according to label instructions. The mosquito repellent vapors produced by our product rapidly disseminate in the air and little of the repellent ingredient falls on surfaces such as surrounding foliage where butterflies might land. If you have a butterfly garden, we recommend that you avoid using repellent in the immediate vicinity of the garden.
are no see um bugs related to beg bugs?
Hi Joanne, Thank you for your question. I can answer to Thermacell products and how the product works. Thermacell does have a Multi Insect Repellent that does repel mosquitoes, No-See-Um, and Black Flies. Thermacell products are for outdoor use only and for a stationary position to clear the zone of these pesky insects.

What is the Distance that the lantern repellent will cover
I have a 20ft x 20ft patio and the Lantern repellent works very good. Evening hours used to bring out the mosquitos, the Lantern keeps the bugs away. I do recommend this repellant because refills are readily available at Home Depot.com.
It says a 15 foot diameter area but it depends on wind conditions . If there is no wind it does very well in keeping mosquitos away . Even if there is a little wind it still works good .

The fuel cartridge is transparent and you can see when there is no more fuel left.
Does it work against flies?
