Not knowing what temperature zone you live in, I might suggest that you think about the possibility of that pipe freezing and how difficult it might be to make future repairs should there be a crack in the pipe.
While this might seem like a good idea, I would not do it. If your attic is properly insulated there should already be plenty of insulation protecting it. If not, use pipe insulation because embedding it in spray foam will make it difficult to access in the event of a leak or future remodeling.

It has a class 1a fire rating with a flame spread index of 25. I have seen it advertised as suitable for fire-block applications. It is not as flammable as wood but suspect it would off gas fumes you would not want to breath but at those temperatures you would not want to be breathing the air anyways.
Thank you for your inquiry and for your interest in the DAP Touch ‘n Foam products. Thank you for your posting your feedback and for your interest in the DAP Touch ‘n Foam products. Unfortunately, DAP does not recommend this product for use as a water blocking (ground seepage) material.
At 1 inch thick, that would get you 1 ft high by 15 ft long....so for 50 ft, you would need 50÷15= 3 1/3 boxes (4 boxes). HOWEVER, I don't think it will stop water seepage, no matter how thick you spray it. If you have a visible crack where you see water seeping in, use a product like Great Stuff foam if you can spray it into the crack.
It's measured in board feet at one inch thickness. 15 board foot covers 15 square feet, 1 inch deep. You have a 50 sq ft area. For your use, you would need 4 boxes to cover all 1 ft x 50 foot. Your yield/coverage can vary from advertised. If the surface and foam are at the lower end of the temp range, your yield can be significantly reduced. Each box has two nozzles. Instructions say if you stop application more than 30 seconds, nozzle will clog and swap to new nozzle. I have had the nozzles clog in the time it takes to move the ladder around to the next position. For best results set it up so you can spray entire box with few pauses. It sucks to have half a container of foam left, but your second nozzle is clogged so you are finished.

Only if it is a bear wall otherwise I'll swells up where in a small spot..
Yes, can't remember how many extra nozzles, but plenty to get the job done.
Thank you for posting your inquiry and for your interest in the DAP Touch 'n Foam System 15 Kit. This kit is a completely self-contained 2-component foam system, that is portable and disposable. The kit comes complete with pre-attached hoses/wand applicator, 2 mixing nozzles, safety documents and usage instructions. The mixing tips for this kit are not sold/available separately. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact DAP’s Technical Customer Service Department at 888-327-8477.
It comes with two nozzles. The chemicals harden very quickly in the nozzle if you pause during application. I believe the manual says if you pause more than 30 seconds during use, switch nozzles. The kit works well, but I would plan on applying the whole container without stopping, and if you have to stop you have an extra nozzle. I have used several of these, and the last one left probably 30% of the chemicals unused because I took too long moving the ladder during application, and used both nozzles before I applied all of the foam. Make sure the temperature of the foam container and the application surface are warm, if not your yield goes down noticeably.
Sorry, No there's only one.
