TremPro Siliconized Elastomeric Roof Coating is an acrylic elastomeric roof coating formulated to meet and/or exceed the standards as established in ASTM D 6083 - Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used in Roofing. TremPro Siliconized Elastomeric Roof Coating waterproofs and weatherproofs a variety of roofing substrates including asphalt-based smooth BUR, metal, modified bitumen, and weathered single ply membranes. This product provides superior performance against salt spray and has low VOC at 31 g/L.

Hi Johnny, our Tremco Siliconized Elastomeric should be applied at a rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 ft² for both the base and top coat over BUR Smooth, MB Smooth, and MB Granule roofs; for a total of 3 gallons per 100 ft² with two coats. For Metal and Single Ply roofs, the coverage is 1 gallon per 100 ft² per coat, for a total of 2 gallons per 100 ft² with two coats. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 2

Metal roof I installed in 1997. The original paint is oxidizing but there is no rust. Can I apply TremPro-Siliconized-Elastomeric-Reflective-Roof-Coating- with a sprayer? How many gallons would I need for 3000sq. ft? Clean-up for sprayer?
