I leave mine outside uncovered year round. Have them for 3 years now and still look new after occasionally hosing them down or powerwash if needed. (White in color.)

What is the chair back height? It simply says "0" for both chair back height and width. The website provides this data for other chairs but for some reason not this one. I am nearly 6'3" tall and while sitting in an Adirondack chair I like to be able to lean my head back and have it lay on the back of the chair I am leaning against. I wish there was a way to sort online for these types of chairs with the tallest chair back, and I do distinguish between chair back height and chair height.
Hi Nate, The back of the HD Classic Adirondack Chair is approximately 32" at the middle slat. It is possible that you would lean your head back. This depends upon the length of your upper body. Is this Adirondack chair Model # TXWA16CW the same as the Trex Cape Cod Shellback model on the Trex website? I ordered some sample colors directly from Trex. Are the HD colors offered the same or different? Thank you!
Hello, The Cape Cod Shellback Adirondack Chair and the HD Classic Patio Adirondack Chair are very similar in size. One of the main differences between the chairs is the back assembly. The Cape Cod chair has a shell style back with no scallops on the end slats whereas the HD is scalloped on the ends like a classic adirondack chair. The HD also has a rolled waterfall front where the Cape Cod is flat. They are both made with the same HDPE recycled plastic materials and hardware.
