- EASY CARE: When vacuuming use without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.
- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Is this rug oeko tex certified?
Hi. Our rugs are not OEKO TEX certified. Like all polypropylene rugs, it will have some VOC emission but we have optimized the process to minimize the volume of VOCs emitted.
Is the green a more "sage" green or a brighter green?
All the colors allow selection of runner size. The Beige color will not. I would like to purchase the beige color in runner size. Is this a technical glitch with the drop down box?
Hello KBBB, Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Unique Loom Del Mar Abigail Light Gray 6' 0 x 9' 0 Area Rug. We do show that the runner is not available in the Tan color that is listed under this rug type. Although we do have several other designs in the beige available as a runner. We do apologize and will look further into this.

Do the wrinkles come out
Your rug may have been folded to allow for easier and faster shipping. Unfold it as soon as possible to allow it to begin settling. You may notice lines or creases in your rug when you first lay it out. These are completely normal and are not permanent but will take time to settle. Depending on the tension of the fold, it could take days or weeks to completely flatten. To expedite the process we encourage reverse rolling the rug, vacuuming the rug to loosen fibers or place furniture on the rug and walk on it as you normally would.
Do I need a pad under this for a living room?
The use of a rug pad is dependent on if the need is to prevent the rug from moving and or if you are seeking additional padding. The Unique Loom Del Mar Abigail Navy Blue 10' 0 x 13' 0 Area Rug does not contain a non-slip backing, but if grounded by furniture atop there is generally no concern for movement.
