- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

IF you cannot vacuum how does one clean it?
Hi. As the If the Unique Loom Sofia Grand rug is a short-pile indoor rug, we recommend spot cleaning with Resolve or other spot treatment cleaners, and vacuuming regularly. It is suggested to vacuum without the beater bar, as the bristles can pull the pile. You can use a carpet cleaner, commonly known as a shampooer, but the rug should be dried immediately and evenly. IF one is unable to vacuum, the rug can be shaken out or hung over a railing or fence outside and beating with a broom will remove debris, dust, and dirt.
Has anyone purchased this rug in yellow? Is the color true to the website?
It is more of a yellow gold than a true yellow.
