There is a caveat: Just because a product is listed on the Florida Product Approval website does not mean it meets the minimum performance requirements in that part of Florida or for the project. Meaning- the skylight or sun tunnel may be HVHZ approved and have a Cycle Pressure rating of +/-50 PSF, but the project spec might require a +/-60 Cycle Pressure rating or might require a stronger design pressure. As with all building products, please check with your local building code official for product acceptance.

Yes, this VELUX Sun Tunnel can be used on a 4:12 roof pitch or greater.
See page 4 of the installation manual (on HD site) 14-40-degree pitch using a vertical tube which will do 4-12 40-60-degree pitch if the main part of the tube is sloped By the way - these things are great. I lit the end of my hallway with it.
it says its for a 14 to 60 pitch . what if you have a lower pitch then 14 ?
The manufacturer's warranty becomes void on installations of less than 14 pitch. That said, if you are willing to accept the risk of water damage, you can achieve the desired result by rotating the tunnel segments. This may result in a slightly angled approach to the roof.
