Looks Great, Works Not so Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NeverRust Tension Pole is a really nice looking piece. It appears to be very well made and was simple as could be to install. The directions are clear and helpful making sure I used the exact right pieces for the height of our tub/ceiling. BUT...the three baskets all leaned backwards so nothing would sit upright. When I put a bottle inside the basket it would immediately slide back or just fall over. Also, although the tension was in place and tight the pole shook a lot. It needs some kind of middle strap to knock out some of this wobbling. Overall the fit and look are really great but the functionality are sub par.

Pole B spring spiral instruction lackinf
I had to return this because there is not instruction how to use spring spiral of pole B inner tube. It was a frustrating experience.

Once I got past the trying to understand the instructions it is a very good quality shower caddy....
Once I got past the trying to understand the instructions it is a very good quality shower caddy. It is somewhat difficult to put together even after reading the instructions several times.
The caddy did fit well in my shower and fit tightly when you adjust the one bar. The quality is very good and the baskets are quite large and will hold alot. Made of heavy thick shelves that hold the weight and do not slip on pole. I am hoping it does not rust as it should last a long time.

This caddy is flimsy and wobbles, I do not trust it with small children in the tub below.
If one of them pulls on this it will likely come crashing down along with all of the items in the three trays.
I was surprised to see a 10 page instruction manual for something that should be fairly straightforward to assemble.
It definitely appears to be rust proof because of the plastic and aluminum construction and the rubber feet seem to do a good job of staying put. My biggest concern is the wobble, and for that I would not recommend this product.

Flimsy, thin tubing; inflexible basket positions
Overall, poor value. Flimsy. Assembly and installation are straightforward if you follow the instructions carefully. My main problem is that the clips holding the three baskets will not fit on the main center section of the pole, so all three baskets are either too low or too high. I will be returning item. Also, if there’s a possibility of you returning, take very careful note of how the pieces are packaged in the box - it’s a mind-bender to fit back inside with no margin for error.
