While the film is mold and mildew-proof, it is not considered an encapsulating product. Please keep in mind, pigmented primers typically require an opaque topcoat as well and typically should not have a clear coated applied directly over it. Can this product be applied over expanded vinyl wallpaper to waterproof it/prevent mold for use in a bathroom?

The coating appears white in the can, but dries crystal clear on the surface. Can this product be used on particle board?
