Ordered the 10x14 and it came folded. How do we get the stretched areas/bumps and fold lines out? Disappointing for a $500 rug.
It will lay flat on it own over time, you can use a fabric steamer to relax the fibers as well. Mike

For those who’ve gotten this rug and have dogs- does it show dirt easily? I vacuum often and shampoo at least once a month but my current rug has lighter spots that are definitely stained with dirt. I know this has a lighter pattern over the blue but I’m not sure how much dirt will show. Additionally, if you shampoo, does this rug shampoo well? Thanks in advance!

Both. In the areas that are black, there are black threads mixed with dark grey threads. That softens the black a bit.
The design in the rug is a medium grey with with little black dots interspersed in the design. So overall, it looks dark grey. I am happy with the rug.
