Wool Pebbles Natural 3 ft. x 8 ft. Runner Rug

I Loved the colors n pattern.its nice n thick..... ,however it sheds like crazy, along with nevery time i vacuum it i get a cup of fibers!! Eventually there will be nothing left.

I bought this rug to use in front of our fireplace. In theory it ticked all the boxes because it was wool (which is naturally fire resistant), it is wonderfully thick, and it is neutral coloring with a rustic style. I would have initially rated this 4-5 stars, but it sheds so much lint that even with thorough weekly (sometimes more) vacuuming, it will still fill the bin of either of our Bissell vacuum cleaners in a 20+ minute session (starting with an empty collection bin, and only vacuuming this 8' x 10' rug) and the lint is so fine that it completely clogs the filters. The background color (what would essentially be considered the mortar between the stones) is nearly black for the "natural" color option, and that black shows the lint so badly that it demands attention. Lastly, the guide states, "All wool rugs shed. The amount of shedding should decrease over time.", but over almost 8 months, in a shoe-free household with no pets or children (so minimal wear and tear), with frequent (weekly or better) cleaning, the lint offload shows no sign of abating, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed (especially since the 30 day return policy is over). **I am including an image of lint lifted with just a few minutes of using the pictured lint brush. I haven't vacuumed in several days, but I still consider this amount of lift offload excessive for a rug that has been regularly vacuumed, in a low-traffic area, in a shoe-free home with no pets or children. The rug is pretty when it is newly vacuumed, but it requires a lot of care and attention. If you have your heart set on this rug, make sure you stock up on filters for your vacuum because you are going to need them (my mistake, I had a few filters in stock, but once the rug completely blocked them, I went online to order them, only to discover they have been discontinued, so we are now shopping for a new vacuum cleaner). I would not buy this rug again.

These are such terrific rugs! I LOVE them and have been loving them for YEARS!

I love this rug but it does shed quite a bit, leaving tiny fibers and clumps that are difficult to sweep up and vacuuming only exacerbates the issue.

Like the unique pattern. Carpet thick and appears to be a quality product, but constantly having to vacuum the carpet because of loose fibers. Bought a large area rug 9 x 12, and 3 smaller runners 2'6" x 6' and having the same problem. If it persist we will have to return them.

I like this rug's pattern, and it is nice and thick. However, it attracts lint like nobody's business, which is weird because while most of my other rugs are similar in pattern and pile, they do not appear to gather lint as quickly. Prepare to vacuum!
