What is the diameter Of the barrel?

Makita Customer Service - please review your answers regarding 30 oz tubes in this caulk gun. For some reason, log home chinking suppliers mark their tubes as 30 oz. I believe they are truly the same size as the 29 oz. adhesive tubes. It's the tip.

Makita offers three cartridge holders. Please see the 10 oz. Cartridge Holder Set (196351-8), 20 oz. Barrel Holder Set (196352-6) and 29 oz. Cartridge Holder Set (197195-9).
Will a 30 oz cartridge be an absolute no go? I can't find any battery operated gun for bigger than 29 oz.?

A 29 oz cartridge (Sika at Home Depot) has the same dimensions as a 30 oz chinking cartridge (PermaChink and Weatherall), so I see no reason why the 30 oz would not work. But if you want a battery operated gun designated for 30 oz, Albion makes one.

this tool came with one piston which is not labeled . I believe it is type A. From where i can get the rest of the pistons.
