Can I use a paint sprayer machine with this paint and if so does it need to be diluted?
Hello! Yes, Beyond Paint can be used with a paint sprayer! It works with both HVLP (High volume, low pressure) and airless systems. If using an HVLP sprayer system use a 2.0 or 2.4 nozzle. No need to thin or dilute our paints. Our paint is ready to go to be used with any paint sprayer If you do have trouble getting the paint out of the nozzle, then add only a few drops of water at a time. Hope this helps!
Will this work on Formica countertops and will it stain, chip, peel, or rub off?
Hi there ! Beyond Paint is perfect for your Formica countertops and will be very durable for years to come. The only preparation needed is a good clean with Simple Green or Zep Degreaser to remove all dirt, grease, and oil. Once your surface is clean and dry, you’re ready to start painting. We'd recommend applying our Multi-Purpose Sealer as a topcoat for extra durability. Hope this helps!
Does it work on acrylic counters? Its shiny beige & I want shiny white
Hi there , Beyond Paint would be great for your acrylic countertop. Just clean and degrease beforehand with Simple Green then you’re ready to start painting . It’s important to note that Beyond Paint has a matte finish and if you’re wanting a glossy/shiny finish we recommend applying our Multi-Purpose Sealer as a topcoat which has a high satin sheen . What type of paintbrush is used for this paint?
For the best finish, we recommend applying Beyond Paint with a 3/8th inch microfiber roller. A natural bristle paint brush should only be used for stippling crevices or hard to reach areas. Both can be found in Beyond Paint's toolkit. Available on our website, hope this helps!
