If LED bulbs are compatible with this lamp, why doesn’t it say so in the specifications? I want to put my Tiffany shade on it, but only LED bulbs are recommended for Tiffany shades.

Does this lamp stay up straight? I bought the floor version of the lamp and the weight was not evenly distributed, so it didn't stand straight and tilted.
