Q:Can I have my studs cut at the store? I don't own a miter saw.

A:  I was in my local HD store this year 2021 and the lumber rep told me the first five cuts are free and then any remaining cuts are $0.50 per cut.

      Q:Is it possible I purchase framing Stud at your store and have you cut them in a certain length? I need 2" x 3" x 38" x 8 pieces, so basically I will purchase 4 of these, then have you cut them into 38"? I can pay extra if it's necessary. Thank you

        A:  They are $2.32 each. If you buy select lumber for trim and such that normally is sold by the linear foot. However all lumber, for framing, is usually sold each.

          A:  I called it in. The order was placed in a "Will call". When I got it I was in a hurry and left. When I got home I noticed it's poor condition. Very dissatisfied.
