Questions and Answers for DEWALT TOUGHSYSTEM 25-1/2 in. Workshop Racking Storage System and Small Parts Organizer and TOUGHSYSTEM 2.0 Small Tool Box

A:  Each container is 12" length, 5-1/2" width and depth approximately 4-5/8"

A:  A portable band saw would not fit into this box.

A:  Yes. 2 shallow tool trays fit perfect. Nice setup for screwdrivers in one tray, pliers and such in other tray. 

A:  The inside dimensions are 18x11x 4 1/2 

A:  Yes, both are completely removable 

A:  Yes they can be placed in the 2.0 box or not. I have different smaller ones, and most of the time I take at least 1 of them out to fit drills and other tools, and use them for accessory storage. Then keep the containers and place in my truck tool box. Durable little containers, so I would suggest holding onto them!! Hope this helps

A:  I have 8.25x11.5 area in middle, not familiar with shallow tool tray size. It has 3 compartments on each side which leaves the middle area free for whatever. Not sure if that helps.

A:  Yes. One of my setups I have 2 shallow dewalt 2.0 trays in it. Fits perfect.

A:  I measured two different ways....Minimum dimensions are 18 11/16” x 11 1/8” x 4 1/4”   Maximum dimensions are 19 1/8” x 12 1/2” x 4 1/2”

You can also cut the foam according to a pre-marked laser marking so it fits into the ToughSystem® 2.0 Deep Tray. Accessorized foams can be placed one on top of the other in the toolboxes for optimal user customization. Best Regards Sherri C DEWALT

A:  No TSTAK are not compatible. Tough system 1.0 and 2.0 are compatible 

A:  It is backwards compatible with Tough System 1.0, not TSTAK

A:  Unfortunately it will not. All 3 box sets are not designed to mix. TSTAK, TOUGH SYSTEM and TOUGH SYSTEM 2.0 all have different locking clips that will not work with the other boxes. My opinion is go with all TOUGH SYSTEM 2.0 boxes. I have 2 full sets for work and they've been awesome. I'm in the HVAC field and the cost compared to MILWAUKEE can't be beat. Quality and Durability are excellent. I hope this helped you.

A:  No. it only works with the tough system. It would be nice if Dewalt made an adapter between the systems but i have only seen them in UK.

A:  Not without the TStak adapter. It will not work!
