A:  A Wi-Fi connection is not required to use the refrigerator. However, when the unit is connected, this smart refrigerator sends instant alerts to a smart device, allows for the customization of the LED light wall brightness, enables Turbo Cool and Turbo Freeze settings and more.

A:  For this model, PVD28BYNFS, the fresh food shelf dimensions are 15.25" wide x 16.25” deep. For model PFE28KYNFS, the fresh food shelf dimensions are 15.6" wide x 16.75" deep. Therefore, yes, the PFE28KYNFS fresh food shelves are slightly deeper than this model.

A:  On refrigerators with stainless handles, there will be a pink or blue film to remove from the handles before installation. This film is to protect the handles from scratches during shipping. To remove the film, simply locate the edge or corner and pull the film off.
