Q:Was wondering if I can use an indoor plug in camera in a screened in porch positioned out if the sun. The only outdoor elements would be cold and hot temperatures. I have the battery one and tired of having to constantly recharge it.

A: Hello there, George. Thanks for your inquiry about the Nest Cam (indoor, wired). You should never use a Nest camera designed solely for indoor use outside. Doing so may lead to damage and void your warranty. These are the only cameras from Nest that can be installed and used outside.
