A: Yes. Very easily with a Phillips or slotted screwdriver. Just make sure to not touch the new bulb with your bare hands.

Q:How many lumens or watts is this light?

A: Mine says 1000 watts. That might be 500 watts per lamp head. Halogen lamps produce 20 Lumens per watt, so, this would equal 20,000 Lumens.
