Q:What is the ratchet head drive size? I'm not asking 3/8ths. I am asking what is the size of the pass thru opening of the ratchet head. This size (usually in mm) will be the same size as the backside of every socket included in the entire kit.

A:  Matt, This ratchet's drive opening is approximately 17.3 mm (0.68") to the peaks and 18.8 mm (0.74") to the valley.

    Q:I got this about a year ago. The bit coupler (top left near the 13mm socket) isn't magnetizing anymore and bits just fall out. Am I crazy thinking this was this was previously magnetic?

    A:  Lukas, this bit holder was not magnetic, but does use a spring clip to secure the bits in the socket base. In rare cases this can break or fall out. Please give us a call at 1-888-HD-HUSKY, option 2 and our customer service team can help with a replacement bit holder.

              A:  I don't know why Husky said the metric set goes up to 17mm. I was at Home Depot today and it only goes up to 14mm. You can even see that in the picture where they are all laid out.

                A:  It attaches to the ratchet handle exactly like the sockets do.  Attach extension prior to socket.  Some rotchets have a release button to eject the socket or extension if so equipped push in on this as you insert the receiving end of the extension onto socket.
