For warranty replacement, you will need a receipt or show the label from the manufacturer (inside long drawer on bottom box) to prove the warranty is still valid. Since this is powdercoated and textured, not painted, there is no spray paint that will completely match.

A:  They come in two separately boxes.

A:  Home Depot wanted to deliver assembled chests that had been sitting outside. Some had rust on the top hinge, were very dirty, and some had scratches. We asked for it to be delivered in boxes. It came in 2 boxes stacked on a pallet. It weighs 443lbs!

A:  It was delivered to me fully assembled even though I didnt ask or pay for it to be. But also all the delivery info said it was going to be two boxes. So perhaps it depends on the store?
