A:  There is no top designed for this unit. The adjustable height mechanism can only accommodate 300lbs.

A:  It was mostly assembled when I picked it up from the store. Only need the handles mounted.

A:  The toolbox comes well packed in cardboard and on a pallet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you have it shipped/delivered to you, as it is extremely heavy. There is no way we could have gotten this in and out of my husband's truck. It's a beast. It was worth paying the delivery fee.

A:  I don't know actual dimensions but it's big. I would say either a pickup bed or a minivan with all the seats down. I had the store forklift it onto my trailer then it took 2 guys to slide it off my trailer and into my garage.

A:  I don’t remember the exact dimensions but they put next to zero protection on these boxes when shipping them. I think it was crated with 1x4’s then wrapped in cardboard. That was about it. 

A:  Carton dimensions (approximate): 75.6 in. W x 27.8 in. D x 39.75 in. H and weighs 617 lbs.

A:  Yes, drawers are removable. Without drawers the weight is 372lbs.

A:  278lbs

A:  Lots of room actually, but only like long levels or small boxes. I think it's about 4-5 inches deep.

A:  No, it is not currently sold in Canada.

A:  The 72" stainless steel model is not available with the height adjustable work surface.

A:  Because the other color variations are made from lighter guage metal 21guage and this cost less... The matte blue is only available in heavy duty 19guage steel and costs more.

A:  Carton Dimension have weight of 630lbs due to the pallet. Unboxed and off the pallet the weight is 567lbs.

A:  Yes the casters are removable. 

A:  I would highly recommend leave the wheels on and lock the casters. They are strong enough to keep the unit in place. Keeping the wheels on gives you kick space. I never thought I would have to move the tools box but of course something slide behind it and it was easy to move it by myself and then sweep the saw dust since I had it out. You don't want the bottom draw at the floor level. Having the bottom of the cabinet directly on a concrete floor can trap moisture under the unit and metal directly on a concrete floor is no good.

A:  Yes, casters are removable.
