                          A:  This H52CH6TR9HDV3 is version 3, built with thicker 18ga steel vs v4 with thinner 19g steel. That's why this older v3 is heavier and (much) better. Newer v4 doesn't come with LED light and only has 1 power strip on one side vs 2 strips with this v3.

                            A:  The white toolbox is the same version as model H52CH6TR9HDV3. Model H52CH6TR9HDV4 has different specifications.

                              A:  Make sure the USB cord is connected to LED and plugged into USB port of outlets. Make sure outlets are plugged in and power strip is on. Then press the black circular button on the LED.
