    A:  I believe that all new Milwaukie tools are made on Hong Kong or other parts of China. New company ownership precipitated the move offshore...Too bad for consumers, as newer products are not of the same quality as when they were manufactured in the US.

        Q:Can someone explain to me why this wrench needs to be connected with Wi-Fi in order to work properly? I was on the verge of ordering it when I started reading the reviews and discovered this. I live in a rural area and Wi-Fi isn?t always available. Thanks

        A:  The 3/4 model I purchase only needs a wi fi to adjust torque setting and ti show location of the tool. There are a few other things its for. Mine has worked many time since last connection to wifi which was approximately 8 months ago

            Q:My M18 18-V 5.0 Ah Lithium-Ion XC Extended Capacity Battery Pack doesn't fit snug in the charger (#48-59-1812). It charged the CP3.0 battery that came with the charger but the 5.0 came with a leaf blower and just flashes green to red w/o charging

                    A:  I always remove the battery when I’m done using a tool or setting it aside for more than a quick break. No matter how many safety features are built in, power tools are safest without the power.

                        A:  Milwaukee batteries are designed and should be used with Milwaukee Tools. Note, Black & Decker is part of Stanley Brand of products.

                          A:  Hello Yakamein! No, our batteries can only be used with Milwaukee Tool battery powered tools. This one in particular is specific to our M18 line.
