        A:  I cut really tall grass with this mower (36"+). It was wet and it took a few passes to get it even. I used the highest deck setting. There were some tall weeds as well. The blades stalled a few times (not nearly as many times as I expected, though.

              Q:Hello, We just got our RYOBI delivered today, we are charging it and it says it is at 100% on the display and one of the batteries says 100%, but one of the batteries isn’t charging. Is that normal? Or is the second battery broken?
