A: Normally what I have seen in the store is simply a standard black or white in flat or gloss sheen. I have seen a truck bed black coating . I think it would be difficult to find a specific shade of black in these larger turbo spray types .

Answer This Question
A: It will spray over rust just fine, but consider reducing the presence of rust via a wire brush, sanding or something like a rust inhibitor. Otherwise the rust might show through the paint in a few months.

A: Yes you can but always recommend to first prep or address the rust first. Lightly sand and apply a rust reformer type product first.

A: Black /and white only for now most common colors I don’t think they will waste time on other colors as it’s not made for detailed work mostly to prevent rust . But if they did it would most likely be equipment yellow.

A: After prep work, refinished my garage doors using this paint. The 10" wide spray pattern made quick work of the job and they turned out great. The company should consider the nozzle for the rest of their paints. Much cleaner overlap.

A: Happy to help, Dove. Immersion in water is a very aggressive environment for paints. Most of our paints, including Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Turbo Spray, are not intended to be underwater and may peel, blister or show rust (on metal) in a very short time. Instead, we recommend using the Rust-Oleum Specialty Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit.
