A:  That will not be necessary! The TV is pretty secure in the box. We had no issues with ours ,and we moved them twice.

A:  I always did.  Keeps the two boxes close together while carrying.

A:  I removed the base on my TV (a few screws) which I would recommend and just used the protective cover and corners on the TV itself. My TV was older and was pretty wide (2-3 inches) and the corners fit well. Hope that helps.

A:  The foam corners are highly flexible and should/ accommodate your TV, but can be easily trimmed if needed.

A:  I personally don't think these would work well with curved screen. Work GREAT with flat screens.

A:  Late for the original questioner, but maybe for someone else. I used the large heavy duty adjustable box for a Samsun 65" curved panel TV and it worked very well.

A:  The box is sturdy enough but you must bubble wrap your glass items and pad them so they do not move once they are packed

A:  Yes, I Put a 47" TV in it. And I would use it for a picture frame for a Jersey Or a shallow depth shadow Box. As long as the frame isn't bigger than the Box, I believe there's foam inserts for the corners.

A:  I believe the maximum length is 65” according to the diagram, which means that your 70” tv will not fit

A:  Yes! I purchased and used this box in December 2019. It is strong and sturdy and protected my 70' Flat screen TV for 7 months of storage in a POD. The POD travelled from Maryland to North Carolina. My TV is as good as new! The box is so strong, I refuse to discard it.

A:  Yes, the box will fit your 70" TV. Because the box slides together it's important to secure the two pieces together. I used rope around the ends which worked well.

A:  It says it fits up to 70 inches so hard to say if they mean it'll fit 70 inches as well. If you have any doubts you can usually find people who have received or purchase TVs around this time of year and they have empty boxes they don't want. If you can I would purchase and then try it out first. Worst case you can return it to any Home Depot.
