Even on the 60 minute cycle my dishes, glassware, utensils, are spotless. No effort on my part to shine them up, using the Finish products. You will not be disappointed.

Its sleek design, without a protruding handle, enhances the overall look of our kitchen. I have tried a few different settings and find the heavy wash cycle with the crystal dry option works best for our dishes. The three racks allow for different sizes of dishes and utensils making loading a breeze. I am very happy with this purchase.

I went from a pretty run down dishwasher that was a whirlpool or something. Did a lot of research on Bosch and they are up to standard. Very minimal rinsing needed, pans actually get cleaned. The room for silverware and dishes is phenomenal!

In our previous house we replaced the existing dishwasher with a Bosch and it was great until a worker removed it during a remodeling job and somehow broke the heating element when he reinstalled it incorrectly. So, we bought another Bosch. We ended up moving shortly thereafter and bought our third Bosch to replace the existing one in our new, but older, home. Bottom line, you can't due better than a Bosch.

Used twice. Error code for faulty heating. Wait time on the 800 number is 45 minutes. Online service scheduler doesn’t work: shows no categories to identify the problem so will not proceed to the next step. Regret buying it and will never buy their products again.

There are so many unique wash/dry settings that allow for a variety of brief and efficient washes or extended ones for those harder to clean items. You will be absolutely amazed at the "silence" of this 800 series dishwasher. Thank goodness the indicator light lets you know whether it is on or off as it is nearly impossible to hear it working. The remote feature via your smartphone is actually quite handy as it allows easy management of the dishwasher settings and lets you know when the wash cycle ends. This new dishwasher replaces our old Bosch that we used for over 28 years! Get a Bosch and you will have a true high quality dishwasher that pays off in the long run.

This dishwasher is built like a tank. Everything operates smoothly. It is heavy too. It weighs in at 100 lbs vs the previous one about 65 lbs. It is incredibly quiet and you will not hear it running. So quiet, I thought it was broke when I powered it up. The previous model, GE Adora from 2020, failed after 2 weeks and it never stopped failing. Based on our experience thus far, I wouldn't look at or even consider another dishwasher from any other manufacturer.

The difference in the cleaning level and the amount of noise from our old dishwasher is night and day! This dishwasher not only cleans 100% better, but it also dries 100% better than our old machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad I chose this machine 16 settings large than needed but it s most versatile for dishes, bowls, glassware and pots. The flatware rack I have come to love! Organize the flatware placement or small bowels on rack and compared to just standing flatware in a bunch. It results in being clearer and 1/10 of time to put away. Remarkably quiet, plastics dry no extra towel drying even glassware and pots sparkle. Love the app and remote start! Last one lasted over 19 years and just updated for new functions! We have had it about 2 months. Recommend highly.

We decided to splurge a little and yet we could not decide between the Bosch 300 or 800 series. After some deliberation, we decide on the Bosch 800 Series (Model: SHP78CM5N) and we are quite pleased with our choice. It is a well built machine, beautiful to look at and most importantly it really works great. Not to mention it is absoluely the quietest dishwasher we have ever had. After its first use, it was very apparent just how lacking our old dishwasher was. Everything that goes in comes out sparkling clean and completely dry. We have found that the third rack (for silverware) takes some getting use to, but our silverware is definately coming out much cleaner. If you find yourself in need of a new dishwasher, we can honestly say that you cannot go wrong with the Bosch 800 Series. Now we just have to hope that its durable and gives us years of troble free service.

Please do not have Home Depot to install appliances. They skipped steps while not being thorough and now my dishwasher needs a Bosch tech to come fix error code due to improper installation. For average homeowner that is not familiar with how things are put together will think it’s great but for someone that knows or in the field will see that they did a poor job that’s quick so they can get off early is simply not ok in our standard. (Dishwasher not leveled, air gap installation incorrectly)

We have 7 children and need a dishwasher that's up to the task, unlike the last 2 we've had, this BOSCH has been a very pleasant experience. Lots of room, can't hear it running, dishes come out spotless, don't have a negative thing to say about it. I would recommend the BOSCH SERIES 800 to anyone that wants a worry free appliance

I installed the Bosch unit myself and compared to other dishwashers this is easy to install. My only complaints is the metal over the door is thin/cheap and easy to dent or bend, and the tablet/drying agent refills/release are made cheaply. Overall it’s easy to install, operates quietly, seems to work well, the home connect app is more gimmicky than useful, the rack setup is great, for the price there things made less sturdy than I’d expect and hopefully it lasts 10 years with no major issues.

The control panel is hidden (no children will change cycles on you). I have never had a dishwasher that holds so many dishes. We actually have to wash dishes before it is full as we need dishes again. It is exceptionally quiet. I have had to put my hand on it to be sure it is running. The absolute best thing.....we have not had one dish that needs to be rewashed. Everything is sparkling clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing and fancy looking dishwasher. Quiet without a doubt. We ran a sanitizing cycle, and it took a few hours. Really only need this on rare occasions but had to try it out. Lots of buttons and options and I still need the guide to program it. We'll mostly use normal. The dishes come out very clean and dry. One item placed on the top 3rd rack didn't clean very well but it really should have been on the bottom rack. The bottom rack was very difficult initially to push fully in until after running a few cycles. It's much easier now, still firm but not sticky. The top 2 racks move easily. The 2nd rack can be adjusted vertically giving more height to either the bottom or middle depending on whether the rack is adjusted up or down. The silverware bin is on the bottom and is a lot smaller than we're used to. However, the top 3rd rack can hold very flat items like silverware or measuring cups. It will get used since the silverware basket is small. Also, the 3rd rack can be adjusted to be a bit deeper. Installation Took an hour to install, not counting removal of the old one. The package does not include the water line hose or the connection part. You must have them before starting. The old machine was hardwired. We had to redo the electric, but they provide the 3-prong plug and a special outlet box which their plug is wired to directly. Connection to WI-FI took a few tries. I had to reset twice by holding the reset button for 4 seconds. The display refreshed and then the Wi-Fi connection worked. Not sure if I really need the app. The app allows for remote start and informs when a cycle is complete. You can set a default, it does tell you if it's running, if the door is open or when to add drying agents and when to clean the filter. Where this unit shines is how quiet it is, the cleaning which is why we have it and the options including sanitizing and drying.

If you're looking for a Bosch dishwasher that is fingerprint proof, this is finally it. I needed a new dishwasher but it had to be fingerprint proof. i researched for hours and this is it. I've had a different brand that was fingerprint proof but this brand has a beautiful stainless finish that is shiny. the functionality is the key to why I went with this brand. Washes dishes fantastically. There is no electric heating element to dry the dishes. Instead, it uses a new mineral technology that heats up to dry them. There was a noticeable smell the first 2 weeks..... possibly from the new materials but it did go away. I have to put the setting on sanitize and crystal dry in order for it to actually dry well. I'm not a fan of the app. i set it up. I always run the dishwasher before bed so I have clean dishes for the day. After using the machine for 2 weeks, one day I woke up to dirty dishes. Well the app decided what time was best for me to run it. I had to go into the app and shut a setting off that automatically detects when was best to run it based on my usage. Not cool. Love the 3rd rack. Once you have a 3rd rack you'll never go back. I ditched the cutlery holder and put all our (family of 6 plus pets) cutlery in the 3rd rack to gain more space in the bottom rack. It really helps free up the bottom rack.

I really like the way the silverware is loaded on its side edge. This is a change from the past, but my household successfully made this change pleasantly and rapidly. The silverware, dishes and glasses all are coming out very clean. Drying is really good too. The door has a clean, understated elegant appearance. I installed the washer myself in the normal manner and in the normal time frame. The manuals are helpful, providing good information. I highly recommend the Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher. I would glady buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this dishwasher today and we were blown away at how beautiful it looked in our kitchen! Our first Bosch dishwasher lasted over 22 yrs with zero problems so you know we had to replace it with nothing else but a Bosch. We ran a couple of cycles and we loved the LED light on the outside that tells you it's on. No more opening it up and not realizing it was running due to the quietest brand in the world. We like the sanitize and crystal dry settings besides the PowerControl feature to clean baked on dishes. The Home Connect is an amazing feature also. The hidden touch controls work flawlessly and it seems to have more room inside then our old Bosch. The top rack looks like it will be used a lot and the ability to adjust the middle rack is very convenient. We are very impressed with everything and it's only the first day! Well time will tell and if it lasts half as long as our first Bosch we'll be happy! One of the best appliance purchases this year and this is our 4th kitchen appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years ago we had a Bosch but then we moved and ended up with another top brand and then we moved again and ended up with a lower quality brand. We lived with it for a few years but when it started failing it was time to get a new dishwaher and we immediately went back to BOSCH. Wow! What a difference. We love our new Bosch 800 series dishwasher. We expected it to be quiet - but really this quiet? But the best part is how amazingly clean our dishes are. I know it sounds like a cliche but they really do "sparkle"! We couldn't be happier.

Almost top quiet. I wasn't sure if I was turning it on correctly. There is a reason this is the top ranked dishwasher. The third rack is convenient and great for lighter items like blastic Tupperware lids which may get damaged by the heat of being lower. I chose to install myself and it went fairly well. The back leveling foot is extremely convenient, allowing you to adjust it from the front after the dishwasher is in place. They went to great lengths to make this easy which was confusing because the front two feet are an absolute nightmare and are stupidly hard to turn to raise.

Tried for 18 mo. to get an 800 series but it was out of stock or there were only two for all stores in Arizona etc. Enter this new improved model. I jumped when i saw it was in stock. The power control wash and crystal dry have both done better than expected. My wife said she's had to unlearn years of how to wash dishes with being able to just throw everything in with out pre rinsing everything. 1 con, App had issues with andriod connectivity. Bottom line, This has cleaned/dried everything using cascade pods or finish quantum no matter who or how its loaded by adults or my kids.
