We spent a fair amount of time looking for a suitable replacement for our old dishwasher. Numerous people recommended Bosch. We selected the Bosch 800 dishwasher based on reputation, reviews and numerous recommendations. It took us a few loads to feel comfortable with the operation of the dishwasher. Its quietness and few visible cycle indicators left us wondering if it was actually working. But, the resulting clean dishes dispelled our concerns. This is a great product and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old builders grade dishwasher with the Bosch 800 series and I love those dishwasher so much! Everything comes out clean and with crystal dry feature, everything is dry and ready to put away. The app is so handy, you can turn it on from anywhere and so many different cleaning and drying options. It is the best dishwasher,highly recommended!

To date I have not been able to connect remotely and set up for a delayed start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It only took three phone calls and about three hours to finally figure out the secret to installing Home Connect. You cannot do it from the information supplied by the manufacturer that comes with the dishwasher.

We bought the Bosch Series 800 dishwasher in May 2023. It is quiet and except for drying, works well. Problem is with the Crystal Dry technology. It does not dry the dishes as well as dishwashers with traditional heating elements. Now (11 months old) this technology is causing an Error Code 7 that renders the unit unusable, and apparently this is a very common problem with Crystal Dry. We are still under warranty and Bosch has scheduled a repair visit with a third party vendor. Very disappointed.

So far (about 5 loads) the Dishwasher cleans great and the racks are configured well. It is by far the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard, most of the time its hard to tell its running without looking at the LED indicator. The crystal dry feature helps with drying but does not live up to the marketing hype (coffee mugs and plastic water mugs are still wet at end of cycle).

Took some time to find the perfect dishwasher and this is it.

Everything is run by computer chips nowadays including dishwashers, and my top of the line Bosch dishwasher is no exception. Thus, there are a lot of dishwashing "options" to choose from, which can and do introduce some confusion. A good operating instruction manual can minimize confusion. Unfortunately Bosch's manual is not "intuitive," simple, or straight forward. I'm a mechanical engineer and I have yet to be able to figure out how to employ all the offered features and options due to the poor writing and presentation in the manual. Otherwise, the dishwasher appears to work as designed.

Great machine! Super quiet. So quiet it is hard to tell if it’s running.

I had read great things about Bosch dishwashers and so far it does not disappoint. Machine is extremely quiet but most importantly has amazing cleaning power. Having upgraded from a 20 year old dishwasher we expected a new one to be much better but this unit cleans everything so well, even with a full machine. Highly recommend.

I used to have to wash my dishes before I washed my dishes....no longer since I purchased this dishwasher. I've had days old caked on dishes come out sparkling clean and you can't even hear it running! We held a meeting in the same room and nobody had an issue with the dishwasher running - highly recommend!

Love how you can presort the silverware on the top rack. Love the WiFi App that tells me when the wash is done. Love the stainless steel front matching the rest of the SS in the kitchen. It's a really nice product.

The Home Depot , never again! You dented my new major appliance during the install and won't honor the exchange. You've permanently lost a customer due to your shady practices and lies. To all who read, avoid home depot! Especially their major appliance home installs. If they dent it, they won't honor an exchange and leave you with a $1000+ eye sore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I love how quiet the dishwasher is. Dishes and silverware come out extremely clean. They should, being a new dishwasher. We are still getting used to loading the dishwasher. It is different from dishwashers we have had in the past ...... including Bosch. We are using the top tray for silverware and removed the holder in the bottom rack. There is no longer nesting of spoons etc. Loading dishes and glases are not intuative and can often feel awkward. There a couple major cons. 1. There is an indicator light when the diswasher is active but no indication when the cycle has finished. Often times someone in the family starts to put something dirty in the dishwasher only to find eveything is clean. We will post a note on the outside of the dishwasher if running it late at night, saying CLEAN, so no one puts dirty dishes in after breakfast. Also, if opening the dishwasher to add an item after the cycle starts, to have to push Start/Resume to continue the cycle. Just closing the door will not resume the cycle as it did with other dishwashers. We are used to that now.

This is the first time I have purchased a Bosch Appliance. I purchased the dishwasher & so far it works great !! And ohhh sooo quiet !!!

Like our last Bosch. This one cleans OK, but Bosch has lost its mind. SIMPLE FUNCTIONS LIKE DELAY START are buried inside a phone app. Yeah, you have to go through a (crappy, glitchy, poorly guided) pairing process to put these piles of junk on your home wifi JUST TO GET A DELAY, and you have to use your phone to do it. It takes longer and is MUCH more annoying than just having buttons, but hey, the marketing guys want to sell it. Also phone only: cancel, rinse, who knows what else. AVOID
