I ordered this to get rid of the musty odor/mold in the carpet around my cat's water bowl. I put it in a 1 gallon sprayer, full strength, soaked the carpet, let it sit for 30 minutes and then suckedcit dry with a carpet steam cleaner.
WORKED LIKE A CHARM!! Odors are totally gone and haven't come back.
The online order and pickup from the locker at my local store was flawless, as usual

busted up
The bottle was all busted up and the cardboard box was soaking wet left a mess on the porch

I was surprised how well this work on wood beams. I had mold that was dug in bye the screws and Mold Control got in there and cleaned it out. The only problem with this product the spray does not come out very well.

I needed to return my bottle d/t leaking but the person who got the other bottle reported no noticeable change in the mold on her windows. This was after only several uses however, so it may take longer?

Let's see if we can clear things up. While Rust-Oleum Concrobium Mold Control eliminates mold as it dries it will not remove staining caused by mold. We recommend applying mold control to eliminate any mold then cleaning the surface using Krud-Kutter Original Cleaner & Degreaser to remove the stains and then reapplying mold control to reinstate the mold preventative properties.

This is the only thing I really count on to remove mold fast and efficiently, but make no mistake- if you don’t find the root of the problem and address it, this stuff won’t save you. Also, once it has contact with water, it has to be reapplied. Not good for bathrooms- I issue a fungicide if I have to.

The container was defective. It would not spray. I returned it and got a second bottle. It had a defective spray nozzle as well. Product was ok, the packaging was not.

great for visible mold
I did not experience the white residue they say can happen and I sprayed alot to saturate the surface. I’ve used on different projects from bathroom mold on the ceiling, mold in the attic, on sheetrock face with scrubbing with a metal brush or rag and havent had mold reappear after one season. You have to eliminate the conditions causing mold most importantly but It works

I’ve been using this product for years now. I rarely need it as, once an area is treated, it’s good for a long time. Works great at preventing the return of mold but killing the spores that are present and creating an unwelcoming surface for new mold to grow.

It got rid of the mold and the stains. Best of all it is safe to use around kids, pets, and most importantly, pregnant women. It was so great I bought the jumbo bottle to refill my spray bottle!

Not as good as other Concrobium products
This product may have been defective. If not, then I would say it doesn't do a thing. I have used a Concrobium concentrate powder in the past that worked amazing! I don't know if it's been pulled from the shelves because it worked, but I can't find it anymore. This product did absolutely nothing on my shower grout or basement wall. I should just return it to get my money back and buy another product from mold armor that contains bleach.
