The oil was as expected, I've used it before. It turns dark every year and I have to blast it off with a pressure washer and reapply it to get the nice finish. If I had to do it over again I would never have used IPE. It looks great the first year but this finish doesn't retain it's original look. It's allot of work every year to refinish the deck.

Great product. Great result. One coat. Don’t over apply.

Good stuff. Revives the deck color - will help to protect it too. But the wood loves to drink it up. So be mindful of how much is on your roller or brush

We had it applied to our new deck and it didn't last longer than 6 months. Allowing cracks in the Ipe deck. We are going to reapply it and hope that is will last longer

Application is simple, water repellency is impressive, and it’s overall performance is top notch.

It is very important the oil soaked rags be disposed of properly ( water soaked and sealed in metal can ). They are highly flammable. Will start burning without sun or heat!

Great product but make sure to note caution regarding how to store applicators after use.

The product is difficult to store as it is extremely flammable and you have to be careful about how you dispose of the rags that are soaked in the product. I plan to take the old can with the rags to the hazardous waste drop-off next time it's available. Otherwise, it does a beautiful job and our deck looks great.

love this oil! I use this every year on my 4 ocean front Ipe decks. I simply roll it on with a paint roller and absorb anything left standing with a rag...has worked like a charm year after year.
