So far so good. It was missing some of the shelving parts, but it works great. I was sent the missing parts quickly.

Very impressive frig. Install ed easy and started smoothly. Wi-Fi connected easily. Plenty of space and very organized shelves. Water dispenser works great hand free!

Love the new fridge so far let’s see if it holds up in the long run

5 months and already need service due to the door making a horrible noise when opening. The plastic protection film is impossible to get completely removed.

Very nice looking and roomy refrigerator/freezer. Easy to clean and great lighting inside. Everything about this appliance is high quality and well thought out. The ice and water dispenser is unique in that it can do an auto fill based on how many ounces your glass holds. We're very happy with our appliance and appreciate the reputation of the manufacturer to put out quality products.

Love it! Perfect lighting, plenty space for fruit, vegetables, separate drawer for snacks, lunch meats, cheese, and container for soda, love the control for water, ice, temperature for refrigeration and freezer and also love the front door to grab items that use often.

I love everything about this refrigerator! I love the aesthetics, the ease of the temperature control screen, the door in door on the right side, the extra middle drawer & how it can be converted from refrigerator to freezer (or vice versa), and the space capacity. The BEST part about this refrigerator is that it's PROUDLY made in the USA! I am saving up to now purchase other (matching) GE Profile appliances (Microwave, Range/Oven and Dishwasher). I didn't realize before this purchase how much you could love an appliance. If you're looking for a new refrigerator, and this one is a top contender, don't hesitate...GET IT!!! No Regrets.

I just had it installed and so far really nice. The kids were amazed by the auto-fill features and all the space and doors. One of them said the back wall light is fancy and BOUGEE!

Do not waste your money on this refrigerator! For what it costs, it’s horrible, when the ice maker does work (this one stopped working after two and a half years), it is extremely slow. The ice cubes are very small and thin and dissipate quickly. Very poor model, I will absolutely not but it again.

So far I like this refrigerator very much. The styling is very nice. The inside is so roomy. I like the fact that the ice maker does not take up much room.

The delivery people, RXO, stayed in tourch with me ahead of time. They had trouble getting in the house and i had to make adjustment for it to fit where I wanted to place it and they waited on me and appreciated. The fridge didnt come with a manual and I spent an hour pealing the plastic material of the unit. It doesn’t come off entirely and have fraies of plastic around the handles that I will need to remove by taking off the handles. There were bins inside the frige in a box that i had to unpack install and ended up downloading the manual to determine how to install them; it would have been better if it came with instructions. One would think that removing the plastic would would be included along with installing the bins with the install and setup but was not. There was an oily residue on all the door seals that i had to wipeoff. There was no instruction about purging the water filter but I knew it needed to happen. Update: 3 hours later, I’m removing handles and to get rid of the plastic around them. I shouldn’t need to party disassemble the fridge to remove the protective plastic from the stainless steel. My fingers are raw from trying to pick it off with my hands! As the pictures show, I can’t remove the plastic around the door seams and for $3k, one would think, I shouldn’t have to live with that for the life of the appliance. In addition, there is glue residue from a the blue tape that I will need to purchase a solvent to remove and not sure what will remove it.

Installation was a breeze. Very easy to assemble, even for someone that isn't very handy. This is one of the few fridges with great climate control and ventilation - no random or unequal freezing or standing water puddles. The soft close feature of the humidity control drawers always close properly and help me keep my ingredients fresh without making a mess.

Beautiful design, 100% usable space, great lighting and shelves / bins. Really surprising how much more useable space with the French doors, the middle drawer and the freezer with the sliding bin.

Do not buy this refrigerator (PVD28BYNFS). The middle draw has no cooling on it own and will never keep things cold. No tech ever got the middle draw as cold as it says it will get. Then the Freezer part broke and it will take a month to fix. This will be my last GE Refrigerator. Respectfully, No_GE

It's early to talk about my refridgator because it's only been about a week and 1/2. So far so good. It fits perfectly in the space. I like that everything was automatic and there wasn't a need for me to set the temperature or do anything with the ice maker. It was really plug in and let it go. If there was a small compliant, it would be the ice cubes are rather small but other than that there are no issues. I love the flexibility and versatility with the middle drawer

This refrigerator failed to cool soon after the manufacturer warranty expired, starting with the freezer and moving to the refrigerator. Stay away from this product.

Have had a problem since first purchased. The freezer drawer gasket does not stay on. Repairs have been made and the problem persists. I should not have to crawl on the floor and put the gasket back into place every time I open the freezer to prevent ice crystals from forming in freezer and retain the freezer temp

I've only had it a day but it is able to hold all the food I need. My kids like using the Autofil feature especially testing out which cups it'll detect.

Love the fridge. Ice dispenser a little slow, but love the crushed! Favorite feature is the middle drawer where I put colas at 33degrees! Only suggestion would be to relocate the tabs for the veggie drawers. Being on top of the shelf, they get bumped every time I remove items, and I’m afraid they will get damaged!
