After resisting the purchase of this tack trunk for a long time (mainly because it is so ugly and only comes in black) I bit the bullet and bought it because I was tired of shlepping all of my young’s rider’s tack in various contraptions that were poor substitutes. This trunk is seen everywhere at every horse show for good reason. In a sport where cost is always a factor, this trunk takes top billing for value. And she can rest her saddle on the pull out handle! Of course, we pimped it up asap!

Love this tool box! Have been using several "other" brands for our horse barn over the years- but this one proves superior in every way. It has a durable-solid construction, locking clasps, pull handle, and a.sliding tray (we use it on the outside of the box with the pull hadle as a tray support). This box gets the job done. Spacious- will hold a full bale of hay, or has plenty of room for other tack when using 3/4 of a bale.

Very pleased with this tool chest the fact that it has wheels and whether proof is a plus it also fits all my dewalt cordless tools with plenty of room left it also has the option to charge your battery’s with it being locked and it comes with a lock not to mention you can still put 4 pad locks on it I love it ,it makes it easy to transport to jobs and leave on jobs so I don’t have to drag my tools around with me every day

This is a nicely built box and a great value. It’s advertised as waterproof and it is. We used it to pack our things in on a vacation to the mountains. It rained on the way there and then snowed once we got there and for the next 2 days and everything stayed dry in the back of my truck.

I bought one of these tool boxes in 2019 and loved it! It has two straps (attached pic) that allow the box top to be positioned angled back a bit such that the box top stays open by itself, without flopping over backwards or slamming shut. I bought another of these boxes in 2020 via an online order with store pickup, and the straps were simply missing! The box top would not stay open on its own; it would flop one way or another if not held up with my hand. So I returned the box, giving the reason that the straps were missing. The Home Depot associate was quite friendly and refunded my money with no problem. A couple of weeks later, with high hopes, I bought another one of these same toolboxes, thinking that the missing straps from the prior unit were an anomaly. However, when I picked up the box this time, the straps were again missing! I spoke with the Home Depot associate and explained about how the tool box I bought in 2019 had straps, and I asked if maybe the straps had simply not been installed in some step along the way, for example the in-store assembly just prior to purchase. However, the associate was not aware of ever seeing straps for the tool box. Note that the 2nd official product pic posted by Home Depot clearly shows those straps; the pic I've attached here is simply an annotated version of that 2nd product pic. Lastly, I went to Aisle 15 Bay EC2 to check the in-store stock of these tool boxes; lo and behold, none of the in-stock boxes had the straps. Home Depot, if you are reading, please bring back the straps!!! With the straps, it's a 5-star product. Without the straps... it's quite a bit lower.

A huge, tough and solid container for luggage in the back of my pickup when traveling. Holds two roller-boards and more. It has one bad flaw. When you stand it up on end in the garage for storage, a tab breaks off leaving an area exposed to leaking. Duct tape? A home built seal? A real problem with otherwise excellent execution.

I bought this mobile tool box when I needed to travel to work on my mother's house who passed away. The box is a good size with nice size wheels and a retractable handle which is great. It worked well for some time until the tray started to warp in shape and then broke. I called Home Depot and tried to get a new tray but they said I had to replace the whole toolbox and tray. I figured ok I don't mind a new toolbox. After the exchange I instantly noticed that the new one did not have lid support hinge as the old one did, which I am guessing is because they changed the design of the the lid hinge to not allow the lid to freely tilt back. The problem with this is that the lid now has a tendency to fall back down when not being manually held open. This is a hassle and as I found out HAZARDOUS! 2 days ago I reached into the toolbox and then had to use both hands to remove a tool that was at the bottom of the box. Right away the lid closed and hit me in the forehead and gashed my forehead open, which I am attaching a pic. I called the Husky customer service to see if they could send me the lid hinges but the team that assembles these units said that part is not shippable. I also want to say that the tray is still warping and then falling into the box I still like this toolbox and would recommend IF the lid hinge was changed. I love Husky tools in whole and Home Depot rocks.

This rolling storage crate was perfect thing especially during COVID-19 for my daughter to put all of her horse gear in at the ranch where she does her riding lessons. It fits her saddle, the pads, her brushes, fly spray etc., she can lock it, and then she can roll it into the trailor when they go to horse shows so that she has all of her stuff in one place and is kept from comingling with other rider's things. This was a great solution for the pandemic because peviously many items were kept in a common storage area, so this offers some protection. All of riding students are getting these now. Also, it is very sturdy yet easy enough for my 11 year old daughter to pull with the pull out handle.

Bought 2 of these to replace the typical Rubbermaid storage bins that are too heavy to lift and the lids have cracked over time from stacking the bins. Using them for Clothes Storage in My Storage Unit. So Far - So Good. Only Complaint so far is - the Lid does not stay opened on it's own. You have to rig something to keep it opened otherwise is will close on you. I have not yet figured out an acceptable way to rig it yet but haven't really given it a ton of thought. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone is wondering. As for the Quality - it seems a little cheaper than the DeWalt of similar size and has slightly less capacity (50 Gal versus 62 Gal) but in actuality - that could be a good thing because once it is LOADED UP - IT IS ALMOST TOO HEAVY for one person to lift/stack. But overall - the quality is decent. Not cheap but not as STURDY as the DeWalt.

This nice lightweight wheeled trunk is perfect for bringing two shows or leaving at the barn it is nice and sturdy easy clean and holds up to more than the average tack trunk would.this is the longest lasting tack trunk I've had still have it now I bring it to shows at least once a month and it's amazing and trailering and everything it's perfectly sized to fit really easily into a trailer or in a barn aisle and it doesn't crack easily in fact it hasn't cracked yet we're all my other tack trunks cracked within months.

Good product and price. Handle makes it easy to haul your gear. I bought 9 of these for adult and infant CPR mannequin storage and they are in a wet environment most of the time. They keep the material inside dry and airtight. Highly recommend. AAA+++

This Cart is large enough to hold my Point Of Sale material and Small hand tools in all weather.

I couldn't have found anything better for the price. I work in productions and this Husky Rolling Tool Box worked great for storing and traveling with gear. I would recommend this product for anyone with large tools or gear that you need all in one place.

Worked perfectly for what I needed at my barn. Holds all my horse supplies, and the removable tray with a handle is exactly what I needed to hold all my small, daily use items. Many of my barn mates have the Stanley version, but this one is just slightly larger and the pull out handle on the left side, does double duty to hang things to dry. I seriously could not be happier with this purchase.

Tons of room great price(military discount) and has possibility for three locks!! We live in an aptment so no room for tool storage so I bought this it keeps my stuff out of sight. And when I need my tools I can wheel this anywhere I am working. It works great!!!!!

Seem pretty tough so far, easy to roll around, and they keep out water pretty nicely which is important since I have them outside often.

Box has a nice water seal that works great in the bed of my truck during rain and storms. Exactly what I was looking for. Just as much room as my truck toolbox. The lock works great and let's me not worry about leaving it in my truck bed with room for 2 more locks for added security. Very nice and very reasonably priced. Also the tray that comes with it a very nice touch and very handy.

So far so good. I just bought it and had limited use with it. I will start with a four star and increase to 5 when I learn more about it's durability. It feels like it will last as it thick plastic. I like the large wheels and loaded it down and had no problems rolling it. Its large and worked good for what I needed it for. Just know the trade off with large bins is they hold so much they can get real heavy.

I have almost every cordless tool dewalt has (almost lol) and this box worked PERFECTLY!!! Extremely stoked with it!!!

Fits all i need to get from one job to the next

Box is easy to use and has lots of space and like that you can use it for other purposes. Roller wheels and pull out handle a big plus in my work shop.

This box is extraordinary !!! to say the least. when I went into home depot this past holiday and seen this box I instantly went over to inspect it, once I noticed the price I instantly bought it. considering the other brands that have tool boxes that came out this past year, this HUSKY blows those out of the water. the other brand names are much smaller in every way possible. even the ones that do match the size are 100's of dollars! furthermore I was in the process of moving at the time and needed something to load up all my smaller sort of tools and tool bags. I loaded it up to the point of weighing around 500lbs (523 to be exact)while moving a friend of mine lost his grip and let it go down my outside stairs, a 2 story height of stairs and the box and my tools where fine, I thought for sure the box would've busted, cracked, split open, something! but to my surprise just some scratches at the most. anyway after that I eventually went back to home depot and bought 2 more, just to safely store some of my items needed to move, electronics from cameras computers and surround sound speakers. as the month continued on I visited home depot about 5 more times and bought another 2 out of the 5 times totaling a total of 5 of these massive sturdy durable tool boxes, thanks HUSKY and Home Depot!!!

We are using this for tack in an arena. I am really pleased with the performance so far and it was at a reasonable price. I am reserving a fifth star for a future date once it it has been determined to last in our use.
