The faucet and pop up drain stopper were easy to install. They work well and look and feel very high quality.

Installed this less than 6 month ago and the finish on this faucet is coming off even though I always keep my sink dry and wipe after using. One of the handles became tight and barely moving. Went with Kohler thinking it will last a while but my other brand faucet lasted us 7 years and replaced only because of bathroom remodel. Very disappointed since I also had to pay plumber $100 to install it

Installed this faucet in brushed nickel less than 6 months ago and the finish is already peeling/chipping off on the cold water handle. This faucet is only lightly used, so it’s just a poor quality finish. In the photo you can see where the finish peeked off and some of the finish that fell off can be seen on the counter at the base of the handle.

Quality fixture, easy to install, definitely would recommend!

I love the gold color and it matches perfectly with my cabinet handles. The faucet was easy to install but did not come with the water line connections. I would recommend it.

The handle bases are pentagon shaped, meaning that they can only be installed in a specific orientation to line up. However if you try to tighten the handles onto the countertop, the handle turns and looks awful now that it isn't aligned. There's should be a way to adjust the handle position.

Kohler is a good brand of Faucet. Would expect nothing less. This has a very nice Brushed Nickel finish that will work nicely in most bathrooms. Plumbing has become so much easier. The fittings and special tools need to install this faucet are included. Installation is relatively easy. Not a fan of getting into those tight spots but what is the alternative? This system comes with a spring-loaded POP up and down drain plug. That makes for a cleaner look at the faucet. There is no plunger bar to hook up. A bonus in my mind. I would recommend this faucet with very little though.

Wanted to update the appearance of a half bath that has a pedestal sink that accepts a widespread faucet. The brush nickle finish is easy to keep clean and repels spots. The high arching spout give the faucet a stylish appearance which I absolutely love. Kohler is known for their premium construction and the recent innovations in quick connections really speeds up the installation process. The faucet is WaterSense certified meaning it uses less water and saves on our resources. It also comes with a lifetime limited warranty should you run into any issues.

Kohler does it again with this eight inch widespread two handle faucet set. As always a stunning Kohler polish makes the finish look rich while being easy to clean. The design has no hidden pockets or traps for food and soap to collect. Sleek, clean and oh so easy to install. Kit comes with everything for install including stainless steel braided supply lines. The pop-up is a work of art in itself with amazing spring loaded stopper.

I wanted to upgrade the customer bathroom faucet at my relatively new business after inheriting a nice Kohler basin coupled with a cheapo faucet. This was easy to install, is elegant in the simplicity of its design and quality of its components, functions flawlessly, and looks and feels smooth and solid. A true upgrade that lives up to the Kohler name. We’ll see how it holds up after 100 different sets of customer hands have graced it. My money is on this Kohler being a fixture for the long haul :) Btw, hot and cold both provide a true half turn and the drain is a push button. Everything works flawlessly and again you can feel the quality especially after removing an inferior product prior to installing it!

I selected this faucet to use on a modified pedestal style ceramic sink as a replacement for an existing set. Fortunately, I was able to remove the sink from the pedestal/wall mount to make installation easier. After removing the old faucet and drain assembly and cleaning up the sink, installing this faucet was straight forward and instruction were clear and easy to follow. It came with a push to close, drain which I like much better than those actuated with a lever. Shut off tight and flow is good. The only parts I needed to purchase were new supply lines and seals were all o-rings so no teflon tape or thread dope was required. The drain seal to the sink was also excellent because seal was made above the threaded section, so no plumber's putty was needed. For an install that is not concealed some may not like the black plastic (and I may replace the white p-trap with black plastic or chrome) but this si not an issue with most sinks.

We wanted a modern and elegant faucet set for our primary bathroom in the home we are constructing soon. The KOHLER Sundae bathroom faucet is both modern and elegant in appearance. The faucet requires three holes in the vanity and is designed for an 8 inch spread for the 2 handles. We chose the vibrant brushed nickel finish with it's satiny smooth feel that completed it's sleek look. The faucet handles use ceramic valves to offer a leak and drip-free smooth operation. These faucets are going to look in our new bathroom for sure!

Elegant Pentagon shape on the bases of the neck and faucet handle as well as the ends of the faucet handles themselves. The faucet comes with everything you need including a matching brushed nickel popup drain cover. The cold water faucet is marked and should be placed on the right side when facing the sink. Attach the threaded end of the included braided hose to the bottom of each of the faucets handles. Then snap in the 3 hoses (neck and faucets) to the black plastic triangle connector. The water supply installation is straight forward as well. Connect the appropriate (hot/cold) water supply line from the wall to the brass threaded tubes on the faucet handles. The faucet comes with a blue screen removal tool for periodic cleaning. The faucet is available in Matte Black, Polished Chrome, Brushed Brass and Brushed Nickel. Kohler has a good reputation for quality products and has been around for a long time.

Looking at the product photos and documentation, I thought the shape of the faucet and handles were square at the base, but they're actually a hexagonal shape, which I guess helps explain the name, Sundae, because they have a slightly more retro style than I expected, and unfortunately different than the look we were after. Going back for a second look, I see now that one of the product photos shows the hex shape clearly. It's easy to mistake the design for something it isn't and unfortunately, it doesn't really match with our bathroom. Otherwise a fetchingly good-looking set with a broad sweeping faucet lending an attractive appearance as well as good tone and sheen to the finish. The characteristic shape likewise supplies a distinctive look, and will enhance a lot of bathroom decors - a product I would recommend - just be sure that this is the style that you're after.

Good: hasn’t gotten water spots! Neutral: drain looks huge. The base is not a square as shown in the pictures, it’s a hexagon. Bad: low amounts of water comes out in four streams and sprays everywhere; due to the water streams I would not recommend.

Very elegant looking faucet set. Can’t go wrong with Kohler. Well made.
