Bought for new construction. Perfect for mix of wine and beer. Light can be set to stay on or turn off. Dual zone control is nice touch.

We purchased this for our kitchen redesign. The first unit leaked fluid all over the floor that soaked into the subfloor. Newair kindly sent us a check to cover the remediation and processed an exchange. The replacement unit didn’t work either. Newair CS sent replacement parts as a troubleshooting fix. After replacing the relay, i I had to remind their CS rep that I’m not a refrigeration technician. Hoping this latest part fixes it as they say it is out if warranty now.

We installed the dual zone wine cooler 2 weeks ago. Easy to set up and efficient temperature control in each zone. Quiet and looks great in our newly renovated kitchen.

Purchased to replace broken 40yr.old trash compactor and it was a great choice, nice fit space, good looking, love the black finish, hardware, wood racks, dual temperature controls.

We designed our new construction house kitchen with this wine cooler in mind. It has been absolutely stunning in our kitchen and has been complimented by many guest. It had a smaller white wine area as opposed to red, however that's not an issue for us since. Would recommend to anyone seeking a built in Wine cooler.

We've had this wine fridge for almost 4 years and we are so happy with it. In all this time we've never had any issues and it keeps our wine nice and cold! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine fridge. Also Charles from customer service was so helpful when our key went missing and we needed a new one to keep our toddler from opening the door.

I recently purchased a new-build condo in LA, and really wanted to add in a custom built-in wine fridge into my island to elevate the kitchen space. After doing a TON of research, I came across this wine fridge and thought I would give it a try. The product exceeded my expectations in the look and quality. When I got it installed, it looked so sleek, expensive, and like it was supposed to be there. I could not be more happy with this wine fridge! Not to mention, the temperature capabilities are very impressive.

Very pleased with the wine fridge thus far. Unit looks really nice as a built-in for our kitchen island. The recessed toe kick gives it a very professional look. The company also seems quick to respond to and questions/concerns.

Great wine fridge. Have a separate walk in wine cellar, wanted a separate smaller one for the wife to use. 2 zone keeps my reds and whites nicely separated. Good build. Had a few questions and customer service was incredibly responsive - don't really see that much anymore and I think that's great.

Wine cooler not working be after one week. Error message. Awakened in the middle of the night to noise and and flashing lights. None of the buttons work. Called geek squad and they were unable to fix. After one week of owning.

All is good. Looks like it keeps its temp. My only gripe is that the read out changed from F. to C. on its own. My wife said that it has changed a couple of times back and fourth. I didn't see anything in the instructions that it would do this on its own.

Have had this unit for a few months now. Absolutely love it. Design is very high end and well built with quality materials. The dual zone capability allows me to store reds and whites in it to a perfect temperature. Highly recommend.

New air's 15" wine cooler was the final piece that was added to our newly renovated kitchen and I couldn't be happier with it. Being that we love to host guests this was an absolute must. It holds all of our bottles of wine perfectly, 29 to be exact and keeps them chilled at the right temperature! We opted in getting a wine cooler for our home because we were tired of having our fridge packed with excessive drinks when we had friends over. It also comes equipped with wooden shelves and a blue led light that give it an extra touch of luxury! Highly recommend this product.

We are planning to place our wine fridge in an island that will arrive in a few weeks. Mean time we are using it in our breakfast nook. It looks incredible and it keeps our wines at appropriate temps

I'm generally satisfied with this wine cooler. I settled on this one because it was the only one that would fit in the under cabinet opening where my old (now defunct) wine cooler had been installed. 1) The black stainless looks good. It's a matte finish, so the cooler blends into the background. 2) It cools as expected. 3) I like having 2 zones (something I didn't have before). The bottom zone is larger than the top zone, but the temperature for the bottom zone will not go as low as the top. So the top really is designed for white/rosé and the bottom for red. I drink more rosé than anything, so I would probably have used the bottom for white/rosé if it cooled to a lower temperature. Things I would improve upon: A) The inside blue light doesn't turn on and off when you open the door. You have to switch the light on with the button inside. I would like the light to come on when I open the door and go off when I close the door. B) I would like the bottom zone to be able to chill to a lower temperature, so I could use it for white/rosé. C) The LED temperature lights are quite bright, and as far as I know I can't turn them off or dim them. So I draped a little microfiber cloth over them to cover. I would like to be able to turn off the LED indicators -- I really don't need to know what the temperature inside the cooler is all the time.

Following flooding from Hurricane Harvey, we had to renovate our entire first floor. We had our NewAir AWR-290DB 2-zone wine cooler installed in May 2018 after the cabinetry and painting was done. A beautiful unit that is sleek. For the last several weeks, it has been making a buzzing sound, but 2 weeks ago, it seems the entire upper zone stopped working and stopped cooling our white wines while we were out of town for a week. When we came home, the upper zone temperature said 68 degrees even though we have always had it at 45. Unfortunately, at least 2 expensive bottles of white had turned and we are concerned the other bottles of white have been compromised as well. Thankfully the lower zone which holds the reds maintains at least 55. Really disappointed that one of the motors went out so soon and will call Newair on Monday. Will update the review after we touch base with customer service

Would recommend researching for less cost. Home Depots price was high. Only bought this one because of its dimensions. Replaced old wine cooler.

The wine fridge arrived well packaged, with plenty of Styrofoam and crush space to protect it from shipping damage. As a result, the unit was perfect when unpacked! The only assembly required was attaching the front door handle. This was simple to accomplish: just use the two provided screws and the fridge was ready to use. The unit has leveling feet, but no adjustment was required for us. The wine fridge features two temperature zones, one for reds and one for whites. Once I set the temperatures, the desired temperatures were reached within about 15 minutes. I was struck by how quietly the refrigerator ran while it was cooling as quickly as it could. We have owned several other wine fridges and the noise associated with most of them was a real concern. This unit was placed immediately beside the primary TV-watching couch and the silence will really be appreciated. Another plus: the heat from the cooling unit is vented out the front, so it can be built in under a counter or tucked into a corner like we did. The slide-out shelves are arranged to accommodate differing bottle styles and sizes. One shortcoming of many wine refrigerators is their inability to handle champagne, pinot noir, or exotic bottle shapes. With this unit, though, there is a shelf pretty much for every size and shape. Frequently overlooked before purchase, but this is a huge plus for this fridge! After living with this wine fridge for a week, I am very pleased. Best features: nearly silent, attractive styling (the deep blue interior lighting is fun) and flexible wine storage options. I absolutely recommend this unit!
