Most fences are 5 to 6 feet high. I purchased 72” Pressure Treated Gothic Fence Pickets in the past but now all you offer are 4 foot high ones. I can’t use pickets that short on a preexisting fence. Any chance that 6’ will be offered again?

We do value you as a customer and can assure you that our pickets are normally of excellent quality. However, as wood dries, it may split, cup and warp, which are natural occurrences of wood. If you are still in need of wood pickets, please see a Pro Associate at your local store for product availability or the possibility of completing a special order for what you need. I got a good batch, and they did the job on a small repair. Took a star away because the decorative tops are cut slightly differently than the pickets/fence panels I've ordered in the past (not a huge deal to me, but noticeable).

Bought these because they were advertised as a full 3/4 in thick picket in actuality they were 5/8inch several were a 1/2 inch thick disappointing quality about 20% I deem to be unusable big knots head close to $5 a picket was thinking the quality should be better

Item arrived promptly
The pickets were as described and arrived promptly. The wood was quite rough/raw and needed to be sanded before we could paint and use them.
The cuts were accurate and matched each other well.

Not accurate description of item
The extra slats were okay - but the "complete kit" that I purchased to add them to did not have any fasteners nor directions! After an hour with online customer service, I was sent a baggie with some screws!
