Delivery refused. Delivery driver was even in disbelief Home Depot would try to sell any mower in this condition. He anticipated I'd refuse it. Flat tires. Rusted bolts. Rusted blades. Screen scratched badly. Missing parts. All plastic sun faded. Water in the battery compartment. Both batteries look like they've been left exposed too. Driver said "they told me you bought it as is." ... no, I caught it on sale, but I still expect a new mower. This was absolute junk. Driver was super cool though.

The mower is excellent, very good for smaller yards, less than. 1 acre. Easily removed from pallet and changed fully in about 3 hours. I have used this 4-5 times now and love the ease of use. Assembly of the bagger was a different story, this took about 2 hours as the instructions were not clear and orientation pictures were not very useful. Once finally assembled and blades changed this works well!

The joystick was very hard to use to keep the mower straight and it had a hard time on the slightest inclined to maneuver .

We bought the RYOBI 30” zero turn about a month ago and are very happy with it. The 2 80v batteries charge in less than two hours. I am able to mow my yard on a complete charge. It took a little getting use to the joy stick control but after a few mowings it seems natural. I would not hesitate to purchase this mower. We are glad we did.

So far, it has been a great mower. It is really powerful and cuts through tall grass like a hot knife through butter. The joystick takes a little bit to get used to but no complaints.

It came scratch and filty dirty

Does not cut any better and joy stick is stiff and more difficult that traditional ZTR riding mowers. I am disappointed as not user friendly. Have had it 2 months.

Just got this mower. I have 1 acre. It mowed my entire yard and had 37% battery left. Its very fast too Great Product, love it

The mower itself is fine. The condition it was in when delivered was poor. The mower had obviously sat outside in the weather for an extended period. When you spend $4K for a product I would expect it to look new. Not like it was ready for the junk yard.

This is an excellent service. My mower would not run. Chuck Wade came to the house, I did not have to reload it and take it somewhere, this is a great service in itself. He is professional and efficient, He had the mower up and running in no time at all. This service can’t be beat. Great Job to chuck and ryobi.

Assembly was somewhat easy by watching the video for each step - just reading the instructions wasn't enough. Learning to drive it has been a challenge but getting better each time. Got the mulching bag attachment will probably not use it as it requires you to change the blade before using it which is involved. Did not rate customer service on this review as did not need to contact them.

The cutting consistency is perfect. My lawn resembles Astro turf after cutting. I didn’t care for the bagger as I expected it not to just dump on the ground, but I figured a decent way to use it. I don’t like the one stick control but I’ve become better at it after two mowings. Got a ways to go. I’ve got a 14 deg slope and my old ZTR often digs into the lawn. I am extremely impressed how this mower treats my lawn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is one of the best purchases I've ever made! All of my power tools and equipment are Ryobi. This made mowing my 1/3 lawn so quick and painless.

It was supposed to be delivered Friday, 10 may, never showed had to call then Ii got an email or text saying it would be delivered Saturday the 11 may. I recieved an update saying it would be here between 6-8 Pm and was out for delivery after sitting again for the second day I finally called the 1-800 number @ 9:00 PM and found out it was delayed again till Monday 13 MayHome depot failed to communicate with me again ill I called the 1800# agan. My eife and I had plans this wedkend and would work around the delivery, but due to your lack of care and communication, we never recieved our Mower and Our plans were ruined. We have been Home Depot Customers for many years, but your lack of care of us as Customers is very disheartening.

This mower is quite and powerful I have a half acre lot I can cut the yard and still have half battery left it fits in tight places I bought the power boost bagger and it works really well it only takes 2 hours to get the battery fully charged again I would recommend this mower to anyone that was getting into a battery operated mower

Screen wouldnt work and wheels were flat. Returned to store!

Amazing mower!!!! Love it! Takes a little to get use to the joystick controller. Hard to drive in a very straight line so if you are OCD and like perfect cut lines this may not be the mower for you.

I always thought my yard was too small for a rider, and figured I would give the 30" deck a try. I am so happy I did. My yard time is now a quarter of what it used to be, and really it is just fun to operate. All my neighbors came out and were quite jealous as they saw how amazing this mower is. I have always had Milwaukee battery powered equipment in the past. This is now got me looking into the whole Ryobi platform. Love, love, love this mower

The Ryobi 80V HP Brushless 30" Zero Turn Mower is quiet and arrives fully assembled. The joystick is tricky but usable. An issue is the battery door won't stay closed. Attempts to reach Ryobi support were frustrating due to a glitchy website and long phone wait times. Overall, mower: 3.5 stars, Support: 0 stars.

Cuts well on even ground. Do not attempt any grade approaching 15 degrees as it will cut off on you. Price was reduced within the 30 day window of my receiving the mower and Ryobi refused to honor the price reduction.

I have been push mowing my yard for the last 18 years. I decided to try and go with this small and very maneuverable machine. I couldn’t be happier. My cut time is a quarter of the time and so much fun. I am a big Milwaukee fan but now am looking to replace to RYOBI as they have such a huge selection of equipment for anything needed. The cut quality is excellent. This mower is probably one of my best purchases ever! New RYOBI fan for sure
