This Toff shed is the best in my opinion and it looks great and it is built very well and I say that because last year I bought different brand shed from different company and I ended up returned it ,awful experience.i am very satisfied

We ordered our 12x10 Tuff Shed a couple of months ago. We added the barn roof, a metal roof, window, and 4x10 loft inside. From the very beginning of configuring it online to having it installed was a great experience! The Tuff Shed product is of high quality and the customer service was impeccable. The Tuff Shed team shepherd us through the whole process (sales, configuration, scheduling, building, and finishing) which resulted in an outstanding barn and great experience! Each of the Tuff Shed team members were polite, professional, talented, competent, and cared very much about us and our experience. I had to build a 10x12 platform because of our land being hilly and it worked out fine. It took the installers 10 hours to build the barn on our site.

So I received my she shed today and it is exactly what I was hoping for. I bought the display so I didn't have to wait the 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. It took a week and a half to be delivered which is fast for something like this to be delivered. The gentleman who came out and delivered the product had excellent service. He leveled the shed so that it was even, he brought it up the driveway so smoothly; it was no damages done in the process to the shed or to my driveway, and he was just as excited for me to receive my shed then I was. Around great buy and service provided by home Depot and Tuff shed!

My shed was installed 4/26/21 and it was an overall good experience. I used the Tuff Shed contact found on the back of the pamphlet at Home Depot. The Tuff Shed contact stayed on the phone with me for over an hour helping me decide on my shed specifications. He explained everything and answered all my questions. 3 weeks after my first conversation my shed was assembled in my yard. The men were friendly and finished in about 3.5 hours. I am very pleased with my shed and would recommend buying a Tuff Shed from Home Depot.

Shed .... beautiful

The installers were great. Shed is in great condition. However, I bought this with the expectation that I could pick the paint colors, like the reviews online said, which is why I bought the version that came with paint. Had I known, I would have paid less for the unpainted version and painted it myself. When I was called to set the appointment for installment, she said I couldn't pick the colors and it came in grey and white (the color is blue by the way, not grey). Luckily it matched my gates. I will have to paint the white trim another color myself whenever I come around to it.

Small but mighty. This shed is the perfect size for our needs and looks good. Installation was done by a professional contractor who did an outstanding job. We fit 3 shelving units on one side to store gardening and yard gear on one side. The other side holds lawn mower, snow blower, shovels and other long handled tools, and our son's ride on Jeep. The only thing we wished was included was a ramp leading up to the door for ease of wheeling things out. We built one and it works well. Overall, extremely pleased with it.

Ernesto came out to the house the day prior to the appointed time and asked if he could put the floor together. well to say the least he got into his work and didn't waste any time on the build. 4 1/2 hours later he was finished. he was very professional and knowledgeable about Tuff Shed. The only thing that I would change would be the flashing, trying to piece it together doesn't look good

I purchased shed to convert to a She Shed. I added insulation, sheet rock, painted and decorated. Mold formed on ceiling beam which seamed to be from the vent not being sealed properly. After messages and sending pictures no call back for over 1 1/2 weeks. When rep called he would not send anyone to inspect but instead blamed me and instructed me how to fix. I will need to remove sheet rock and insulation. He said I could speak with HD to replace material. Great product unless you have problem.

I've had my shed for several years, purchased through Home Depot. Installers came out, I showed them where I wanted the shed installed, about 5 hours later the shed was finished and ready to be used. one year later, one of my two plastic roof vents broke. I called the company, they sent a worker out and he changed the vent. No problems since, very happy with my Tuff Shed.Getting ready to purchase another one through Home Depot.

Half the shingles blew off the first couple weeks, has been like that for months they have yet to come and fix it.

I can’t get Tuff Shed to answer the phone or return calls. They didn’t show up after I took a day off work. Not too mention I can’t get an answer on rescheduling another day. Don’t buy this brand. Unless you install it yourself. I’m out $4,000 and no shed

The manner by which we were treated by Tuffshed I would recommend NO other shed company. They stayed in touch throughout the process.......from purchase to color of paint and shingle selection to installation. Two fine gentlemen came to install the shed. They were gracious enough to partially install the shed on blocks to level the shed. The installers, led by Greg, were not only efficient but extremely neat. This shed by Tuffshed is highly recommended.........

Selected colors that I liked; worked with the Home Depot store, great customer service; Tuff Shed installers did a great job. Tuff Shed called the next day to make sure there were no issues. Loaded excess junk in the tuff shed: done deal. My location was not totally level on one side so blocks were put under it: I was able to fill the rest of the area with flat river rock that I had in my yard. TuffShed will also send you color samples, too, if you are not sure of the color. If Vet, you can get your military discount when ordering thru the store. Love the Tuff Shed: no other shed can compare. Love my tuff shed; the size 8 x 10 was perfect for me. I chose Notorious Brown with a cream trim color and also added two side shelfs, too. At first, I thought the shade was too light but it blends well, very neutral, light taupe (brown) and the cream shade is great, too. Could not be happier and so glad to be able to offload junk and toys into the shed. If grand kid's toys or something needed, can just walk in and get it. They also come with keys to lock. I store my outdoor cushions in here, too. Wonderful product! Luckily also got a discount: have to look for sales or discounts to get the best deal. Of course, if you are happy with the painted tuff sheds offered and don't have a different color in mine, go with the one directly from home depot website but I still suggest working with the store, espec if you want the mil discount. (The order link gives you the ability to play around with colors and determine exactly what you want, down to the shingle color).

Installation has been rescheduled 3 times now and still no shed. I paid for my shed in late June 2020. Not happy so far.

When ordering my shed, the salesman told me there would be a 2-3 week build time before my shed could be installed. I pulled my own permit and sent that to tuffshed and the person in the installation dept told me it would be 5 weeks to build and install the shed. I asked about why the difference in information and got nothing but I'm sorry it will take 5 weeks. I will update my review once the shed is actually installed to advise on the shed itself, but beware of broken promises and no effort on behalf of tuffshed to make amends for their glaring left-hand right-hand communication problems.

This shed was what I expected. Solid and well built. The crew was great they showed up on time went right to work, checked with me on exactly where the shed would be installed, and completed the assembly in two hours. Cleaned up before they left as they found it but with a shed.

The shed is like shown in catalogs. It’s a good investment for a property. The only thing that brought confusion is that what is shown at Home Depot that looks like the shed I have is higher which permits more shelves and storage. This is what I’ve expected and I was surprised to see only 6 foot high all around.But the shed is really nice and the team working on it did a great job.

Excellent shed and best price available. several hundred dollars cheaper than going straight to the manufacturer!

From time of order took about a month to get it installed. The installers were awesome extremely nice professional took them about 3 hours. Shed is durable and looks great I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!

The shed itself is put together well. Getting it to be built was an act of Congress. They didn’t show the first time, didn’t show the second time. Third time the charm. Then it was missing two shingles. The owner came out and finish the last two shingles. The owner was extremely nice. No idea what happen with their building crews
