What they are Selling is Tiny and not deep enough. Holds half what a standard one will. So you have to do 2 loads. What a reflection of Today's crappy design cheap production standards

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We are happy to help. The compact Rapidfire chimney starter is for our smaller compact grills, such as the smaller Smokey Joe grills. If you have a full size charcoal grill we would recommend the full size chimney starter, part number 7416. Hope this helps!

Too small
I find this chimney to be too small even for my little grill. It can fit about 18-20 briquettes. Better to just get the bigger chimney so you have flexibility.

Mini chimney
I own two large chimneys amd usially just turn it upside down for a smaller capacity. It is more convenient to have a smaller on too.

Less is more…
Appreciate the smaller size for the Smokey Joe. Always thought I was using too much fuel with the larger chimneys. And b4 you say it - yes I could have only filled the taller ones half way - I’m just not disciplined to do that. Great product!
