In today's world of economic strain, we try and save where we can save. Agreed ? My only negative comment during this whole project is that I have what seems to be way too excessive carpet product left over. It looks like we can do another whole room. I could have saved what would be nearly 25% on carpet product alone. These rooms were very square without any extra cut-aways or contouring. Now I have all this extra product that I didn't really need to pay for. The estimator was very kind and professional, no complaints there at all. He was very punctual and didn't need much time. I just seem to have quite a bit of paid product left over.

Our installer was very thorough and did a fantastic job! I?m so happy he was able to spare our transition pieces into the other rooms and he did a fantastic job with the uneven transition into our bathroom, that I thought was hopeless.

From the time I picked out the purchase I had to keep contacting all parties involved very little communication if any about the order and when the carpet would be installed got sent to different person for updates from Home Depot to measurement company to actual installers, I was under the impression that carpet would be installed within a week took a month spoke with manager at Home Depot but haven?t heard back after install, probably won?t use Home Depot for this kind of service
