the first company that contacted us was very unprofessional. but my expediter hooked me up with another company that was everything the other company wasn't: timely and professional; efficient and effective, courteous and helpful. when it came to for the actual installation, they showed up early, were so nice to me, and had the blinds hung in less than 30 minutes. i plan on using them again on the next phase of our renovation.
